Today is Friday again wey! Finally we can relax after done with all of our activities in this week. So happy aaa...

Anyway, in this post I'm gonna tell you how's my school today.
So, today is Friday and we had a cooking class for our Malay Culture class. I with my team made a Rujak. Yap, everyone knows Rujak right? Rujak is Indonesia traditional fruits salad which is consists of many types of fruits. And also this Rujak was dressing with peanuts sauce. Yaa, there are so many kinds of Rujak in Indonesia, its only different in the sauce, types if fruits that we use, and different way to serve it.
So, what I made with my friends today is Fruits Rujak. This Rujak consists of Jambu Air, Pineapple, Mango, Bengkoang, and Cucumber. We don't put Kedondong as usual, because we dont like it. hahaha..

We do like a pro, right? hahahaha lol.

And tadaaaaa our Rujak.....

How's it looks? Feeling hungry yet? hahaha. Its just very very simple to make Rujak. All you need just to mix all the fruits any kinds of fruits you like then dress it with peanuts sauce. If making the sauce too hard, just buy from the market. Yaaa, the taste will be much better if we do the traditional one, by 'ulek', hahaha,

Also I wanna show you my other friends in different team what they made. If mine made Rujak. Some of them are made Nasi Tumpeng, Sagoo Mie, and Canai.

So guys, what do you think of all of the food? Looks so yummy right? Those are some of Riau traditional food. But not only that yaa, there still many traditional food and drink in Riau! Because Riau is awesome they have so many yummy delish traditional food!! lol.
